1. Terms
By accessing this web site or using the Securely mobile application (together, the "Services"), you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Services. The materials contained in the Services are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Securely's web site and application for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
modify or copy the materials;
use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Securely's Services;
remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Securely at any time. Securely makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Securely does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Services or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to the Services.
4. Limitations
In no event shall Securely or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Securely's Services, even if Securely or a Securely authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

The materials appearing on Securely's Services could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Securely does not warrant that any of the materials on its Services are accurate, complete, or current. Securely may make changes to the materials contained on its Services at any time without notice. Securely does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

Securely has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Services and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Securely of the site. Use of any such linked web site is at the user's own risk.

Securely may revise these terms of use for its Services at any time without notice. By using the Services you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
8. Governing Law
Any claim relating to Securely's Services shall be governed by the laws of the country New Zealand without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Securely Premium
This section only applies when you purchase and/or subscribe to Securely Premium or other paid products. By paying the subscription fee you get access to Securely Premium during the time your subscription is valid, subject to these Terms.
All subscriptions with Securely Premium are paid in advance.
You may at any time terminate your membership, in which case your membership will still be valid for the subscription time you have already paid for. If you have subscribed to Securely through the use of App Store, Google Play Store, or any other such service provider, using in-app purchase, you can only cancel your subscription through the use of their services. Subscription fees can be found on Securely's website (https://securely.co.nz) and in the mobile application. Securely accepts a variety of different methods of payment, such as Apple iTunes, Google Play, and credit card payment. Special terms and conditions may apply. Securely reserves the right to change the subscription fees from time to time.
You hereby consent to start using the Services immediately upon subscribing with Securely Premium or other paid products. This means that you will only have 14 days to withdraw from the contract with Securely from the date you receive confirmation of your subscription via email if you do not start using the Services during that period. To use your right of withdrawal you must send an email to Securely at hello@securely.co.nz. Any prepaid fees will be refunded within 30 days. All payments handled by Apple, such as in-app purchases, can only be refunded by Apple and with Apple's consent. If you would like to contact Apple, please click here. Default in payment shall not be deemed as a termination of a Securely Premium subscription.
